賽多利斯蛋白質濃縮管Sartorius Vivaspin® 500/2/4/6/8/15/20
Vivaspin 超過濾濃縮管，利用超過濾（ultrafiltration）與離心原理，達到蛋白質濃縮（concentration）、去塩（desalting）與 交換緩衝液（buffer exchange）的目的。Vivaspin 依據不同的蛋白質樣品體積與分子量（MWCOs）提供了最完整的規格，例如適用於微量體積濃縮的 Vivaspin 500 系列，可處理 0.1-0.5ml 樣品；而 Vivaspin 20 則符合 5-20 ml 的中型處理量。
Vivaspin獨有的垂直膜設計與專利dead-stop技術，相較於市面上M牌濃縮管，有著更加的過濾速率、低阻塞率以及避免過度離心而造成的蛋白質失活情況。
